In a nutshell: Following the publication of the White paper Equity and Excellence: Liberating the NHS and a series of related consultation documents on the topic of NHS reforms. NCPC submitted its responses after discussions with stakeholders, including professionals working within the NHS and people with experience of using services at the end of life. 5 individual reports covering:
